TRENDS 2015 Planning Meeting

Please join us for this very important TRENDS 2015 planning meeting on Saturday, March 7th from 9am-12pm! As most of you are aware, the SePA chapter will be responsible for all aspects of the conference and we need the help of everyone to make sure the conference runs smoothly. We have made excellent progress, but still have a lot of work to do! All sub-committee leads and members should make every effort to attend, in addition to any other SePA members interested in taking a more active role in volunteering for this year's TRENDS conference.

The project managers of TRENDS 2015 are Tricia Nichols, Lisa Cossaboon, and Kelly Marsh who will assist the following committees:

• Tricia will oversee the Volunteer and Registration and Speaker sub-committee
• Lisa will oversee the Program and Venue sub-committee
• Kelly will oversee Sponsorship and Exhibits sub-committee

Please review the attached spreadsheet for more information about each sub-committee, responsibilities, and important deadlines. TRENDS is scheduled for October 6-9, 2015 which will be here before we know it. With your participation, we look forward to making it one of our most successful conferences ever! Note: This meeting will be held at the Virtua Center for Learning, located in the office building next to the Wawa (it is not located in the hospital). Breakfast will be provided!
