Hello All! We are Surviving Covid!

To all of the healthcare service providers and the families of those whose lives will be changed forever. The SePA Chapter of AACN would like to tell you that we will survive! 

1. Programs that we have developed and provided will be discussed by the BOD later and may need to be offered in different formats-no we do not know what yet! Most of us are still trying to figure out when we can escape the house alone and where to go when we do and not want to start a program passing out tests kits, masks and gloves!

2. Let SePA know what have been the funny ups as we know the downs! I worry if my neighbors notice that I have on the same "gruddgy" sleeping pants when I go to get the paper- Do Not Judge Live Alone and Cutting Down on Cost of Water!

3. Do you have something to share - a story, recipe, free exercise site! Just send and SePA will try hard to get them posted-maybe start a blog! Keep it brief and simple and you may be suprised at the life relief that may be better than the hamburger and fries in a jammed packed restaurant watching the croud that is going to be measuring the 6ft social space!
